George Feldenkreis

Mr. Feldenkreis founded Perry Ellis International, Inc., a designer, distributor and licensor of apparel and accessories for men and women, in 1967. He has been involved in all aspects of the operations of Perry Ellis since that time and served as president and a director of Perry Ellis until February 1993, at which time he was elected chairman of the board and chief executive officer.
Mr. Feldenkreis is a member of the board of directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, a trustee of the Simon Wiesenthal Board, a member of the board of directors of the American Apparel and Footwear Association and is a trustee of the University of Miami. He became a director of the Company in February 2008.
