Wagner designs, tests and manufactures its master cylinders using today’s most accurate and advanced equipment and materials.

We analyze our master cylinder castings to ensure they meet Society for Automotive Engineers (SAE) guidelines and burnish the cylinder bores to OE standards. Final assembly occurs in clean rooms using filtered, positive-pressure air-handling systems to keep dust and contaminants out of the final assembly area. This ensures that the cylinders themselves are free of dust and contaminants, preventing premature product failure.

Our black phosphate coating prevents rust, enhances shelf life and improves aesthetics. We use top-grade ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber parts to prevent leaks, maintain peak performance and maximize safety.

The Wagner E-Z Bleed™ master cylinder uses a patented bleeder screw on the step bore to reduce bench bleeding time from 30 minutes to just three minutes.
