J. Michael Laisure

Mr. Laisure is the CEO of Fluid Routing Solutions, where he has served since June 2007. Fluid Routing Solutions is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supplier that designs and manufactures fluid and fuel handling systems. The company was formerly known as Mark IV Industries, recently acquired by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Laisure also sits on the Board of American Railcar Industries, Inc. Other board experience includes international corporations in Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, England, Taiwan and Turkey from 1996 through 2005.
Previously, Mr. Laisure was president of Delco Remy until August 2007. Delco Remy is a supplier of rotating electrical motors to automotive, commercial truck and off-highway OEMs and aftermarkets. Prior to this, Mr. Laisure served as president of Dana Corporation until April 2005. Mr. Laisure reported to the Chairman of Dana. Dana is a supplier of axle, driveshaft, engine, frame, chassis and transmission technologies.
Mr. Laisure received a B.A. degree in Accounting from Ball State University and an M.B.A. from Miami (Ohio) University, and has completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program. He became a director of the Company in February 2008.
