Brett Pynnonen is senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and Secretary of Federal-Mogul Corporation. He has global responsibility for the corporation’s legal affairs.

Prior to joining Federal-Mogul in 2007, Pynnonen was general counsel and secretary for Covansys Corporation.  Prior to that, he was an attorney at the law firm of Butzel Long in Detroit, Michigan.

Pynnonen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
