David A. Bozynski
Vice President and Treasurer

Dave Bozynski is vice president and treasurer and an officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation. He is responsible for global treasury activities, investor relations, credit and collection activities worldwide, pension fund management, risk management, and lender and rating agency relations.

Prior to joining Federal-Mogul in 1996, Bozynski had a 21-year career with Unisys, where his last appointment was vice president and assistant treasurer, responsible for all financial activities, rating agency relations, investment banking relationships, interest rate risk management, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to that, he served as vice president, line of business finance, responsible for the finance function of Unisys’ four commercial lines of business. Bozynski also served as vice president, corporate business analysis, and vice president and assistant treasurer.

Bozynski earned a bachelor's degree from Mercy College of Detroit and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Detroit.
