Alan Haughie

Alan Haughie is vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation.  He is responsible for company-wide financial reporting and analysis, financial closing and consolidation, best practices in accounting, SEC reporting, and global shared services.

Previously, Haughie served as director, corporate finance, and controller, Aftermarket, in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Federal-Mogul in 1994, Haughie was employed with Ernst & Young in the United Kingdom in various audit roles.

Haughie is a chartered accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
