Pascal Goachet is senior vice president, Global Human Resources and Organization, a member of the Strategy Board and an officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation.

Previously, he was director of human resources, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining Federal-Mogul in 2005, Goachet was a staff member of the French Ministry of Labor; vice president, corporate human resources, NEC Computer International, a subsidiary of NEC Japan; and divisional director, human resources, Group Lafarge, Special Materials Division.  In addition, he has held various human resources leadership positions at Air France Group, Valeo Group and Matra Group.  Previously, he was a cabinet member of the French Ministry of Justice. 

Goachet earned a master's degree in political science from the National Foundation of Political Sciences in Paris, France, and a law degree from Brest University in Brest, France.  Additionally, he was inducted into the French Legion of Honor in 2004.
