Rainer Jueckstock has been chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Federal-Mogul Corporation since April 2012. Jueckstock has more than 22 years in leadership positions with Federal-Mogul’s global operations. Jueckstock was since 2005, senior vice president, Powertrain Energy, and a member of the Strategy Board and an officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation. The Powertrain Energy sector is the largest reporting sector of the company with more than $2.3 billion in annual sales to original equipment customers in 2011.
Jueckstock joined Federal-Mogul in 1990, and has held several operations, sales and finance leadership roles within the Company, including senior vice president, global Powertrain operations, responsible for all manufacturing locations and related activities worldwide. He was also senior vice president, pistons, rings and liners; vice president, rings and liners; operations director, piston rings, Europe; and managing director of the company’s operations in Friedberg, Germany. He also was sales director for rings and liners, Europe; finance controller in Burscheid, Germany; and finance manager in Dresden, Germany.
Prior to joining Federal-Mogul, Jueckstock was a member of the German Military. He earned a degree in engineering from the Military College at Zittau, Germany.
