Federal-Mogul only recognizes Minority Certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) or any of its state affiliates. For women, Federal-Mogul only recognizes certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) or National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC) and any of their state affiliates.
